Heidi is a dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician with over six years of experience in the field. A proud graduate of Sheridan College, she has a passion for the fast-paced world of emergency medicine, where she thrives under pressure and finds purpose in helping animals in critical need.

Originally from England, Heidi now lives with her husband, two mischievous cats—Beanie and Oasis—and their fun-loving dog, Loki. When she's off the clock, you’ll probably find her whipping up sweet treats in the kitchen or nose-deep in a good book, preferably with a furry friend by her side a warm cup of tea.
