Chasity

Graduating as an RVT in 2002, Chasity embarked on a lifelong mission: to be the calm in the storm for animals and the humans who love them. With a heart full of empathy and hands that want to heal, she’s spent over two decades ensuring that her patients are not just cared for—but comforted, supported, and sent home with hope whenever possible. Her passion in vet med isn’t just in the medicine (though her desire to learn is ever present). It’s in the quiet moments—when a pet parent needs a hand to hold, a voice to guide them, or someone to simply say, “I understand.” Chasity shows up, every time, with the kind of grace and grit that can only come from a life dedicated to compassion.Somewhere along the wild ride of life, she decided it was time to climb into a saddle—literally. Midlife brought her horses, and she answered the call like a scene straight out of a western. Now, when she’s not wrangling medications and medical mysteries, you’ll find her trotting into sunsets or getting a little (tonnes) dirt under her boots. At home, Chasity is the proud caretaker of a small zoo: two children, one partner, and multiple other living beings who depend on her loving chaos-management. Her free time (when the stars align, and she actually gets some) is spent with her nose in a book—because even superheroes need an escape now and then.Whether she’s reading, riding, or rescuing a furry friend, Chasity brings heart, humor, and a whole lot of healing wherever she goes.
