Alicia is a dedicated Animal Care Attendant (ACA) with over six years of experience at Beattie Pet Hospital. She graduated from Sheridan College’s Animal Care program and has since built a career centered on compassion, commitment, and care for animals of all kinds.

At home, Alicia’s heart (and house) is full—with two beloved dogs, Baxter and Bailey, and six cats. Among her feline crew are three “foster fails”—Walter, Sriracha, and Cheeto—whom she lovingly bottle-fed from just two weeks old. Each one holds a special place in her life, just like Lily, her 13-year-old cat who miraculously returned home after being missing for nine years, thanks to her microchip. Lily now shares her days with her new feline friend, Betsy, while Benjamin, another quirky character, enjoys life in the basement with Alicia’s daughter.

Family is everything to Alicia. She’s a proud mom to three amazing kids—two sons and a daughter. Together, they share a love for the outdoors, often spending time camping and fishing. When she’s not working or with her furry family, Alicia enjoys the quiet pleasure of reading and challenging herself with puzzles.

Her life is a beautiful blend of family, pets, and purpose—guided by a genuine love for all creatures and a deep-rooted sense of care.
